It is interesting that I get a call a day from an Upnest person asking me for an update on a lead, I ask them if they can see the notes, they then go to the notes, and I telll them I will add a note when we talk again, not sure why they are calling me, each call is the same ? they are very nice, yet they why are they calling ?
When upnest calls a lead they say:
UpNest Advisor called Dawn Perry
8:09 AM
or
UpNest Advisor called Dawn Perry
7:27 AM
or
UpNest Advisor called Dawn Perry
2:45 PM
No Value, did they leave a message? Did they speak to them, the notes is weak. no value.
